As a Software Applications Developer with CBI Analytics & Technology Solutions (CATS), Chris focuses on front-end or client-side software development for Lighthouse, a coastal ocean observation software system being rebuilt by CBI for a Project of Special Merit awarded through the Texas General Land Office (GLO).

Christopher holds a bachelor's and master's degree in English, both from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. After living in Japan and teaching English for 2 years, he got a start in technical writing working on customer-facing documentation and self-help web content. While creating and maintaining product documentation, he also worked on website implementation strategies as well as code and style redesigns for front-end web content.
